eh ok la this is a date back post....
i utterly upset with fujitsu, send in about a problem with my laptop (power cut again!! 2nd time lo, 1st time i already request full check and i send in full set which include adapter, batt within 1st year of warranty) and now same problem come back which is only 2 mth diff ? didn't know got problem cause i keep use with batt and i trust what they say is that they settle the problem only motherboard faulty!!
they have the gut to tell me on 2nd visit that it's user fault the problem lies with my adapter!!! because i keep plug in and pull out the ac adapter which spolit the ac jack port!!!
they super pro lo...
lucky on 17th aug send into HQ, they repair it for me since i still had warranty!!
if not i will be pissed off and send email to their in-charge. not that i'm making a big fuss about it.
can you imagine u pay for the damn warranty and you have to pay for repair while others didn't buy the warranty they repair for free? so unfair!
plus the reason they told me is like the LCD crack and i told them my LCD crack by itself!!
can you accept that reason if you are the techincian?
btw they didn't even send in for the people inside to check and dare to tell me it's user fault!!!
and i only recieve a sms tell me to collect today!!
other than that nothing else, i can understand they are very busy but shouldn't they at least tell me when i can get back, school starting and i don't know when i can get back my laptop. they feeling had to explain.. :(
still piss me off when i think about this incident
